Think About your Estate

November 19, 2013

Most of us are reluctant to plan for the future; at least a recent ABC News story indicates that!  http://abcnews.go.com/Business/story?id=86992.  Over half of all Americans do not have a will and have not made plans for their future.  It seems odd to talk about a will and the future in the same sentence, but it is true!  Remember what Christ told us, “Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes in the one who sent me has eternal life and will not come to condemnation, but has passed from death to life.” John 5:24

Now is the time to consider your future, take care of those who you love and continue your legacy of ensuring God’s work of building the kingdom here on earth.  There are many different ways to provide for a gift to continue the missionary work of the Columban Fathers in your estate plans.  All of these gifts will be non-taxable as part of your estate.  Remembering the Columban Father’s in your will establishes you as a member of the Columban Father’s Legacy Society and ensures that the missionary work you have supported for so long will continue as part of your legacy!
