Heavenly Father,
As the sun rises higher in the sky
and the days grow longer,
we thank You for the gift of summer.
We rejoice in the beauty of creation that surrounds us,
from the blooming flowers to the gentle breeze.

In these first days of summer,
we seek Your blessings and guidance.
Fill our hearts with joy and gratitude
for the wonders of Your creation.
May we find solace and peace in the warmth of the sun,
and may it remind us of the light of Your love
that shines upon us always.

Amen.

O Lord, seize us with Your power and light,
help us to protect all life,
to prepare for a better future,
for the coming of Your Kingdom
of justice, peace, love and beauty.
Praise be to You!

Amen.

— Pope Francis (Laudato Sí 246)

Breathe in me, O Holy Spirit,
that my thoughts may all be holy.
Act in me, O Holy Spirit,
that my work, too, may be holy.
Draw my heart, O Holy Spirit,
that I love but what is holy.
Strengthen me, O Holy Spirit,
to defend all that is holy.
Guard me, then, O Holy Spirit,
that I always may be holy.

Amen.

Dear God,
We ask for Your protection and guidance
as we navigate through the summer.
Keep us safe from harm and guide us
in making choices that honor You.
May our actions and words reflect
Your love and grace to all those we encounter.

Bless our families and friends,
and deepen the bonds of love between us.
Help us to create cherished memories
and build stronger relationships
during this season of warmth and togetherness.

Lord, we offer You our deepest gratitude
for the gift of each day and the blessings that come with it.
Help us to embrace this season with open hearts and minds,
seeking Your will and surrendering ourselves to Your divine plan.

Amen.

All-powerful God, You are present in the whole universe
and in the smallest of Your creatures.
You embrace with Your tenderness all that exists.
Pour out upon us the power of Your love,
that we may protect life and beauty.
Fill us with peace, that we may live
as brothers and sisters, harming no one.

Heavenly Father,
Be with us as we seek after truth,
justice and peace hear on earth.
And, when our life on earth is ended,
let our restless hearts find rest in You
from whom we came forth in love
and to whom we return in joy
forever and ever.

Amen.

Holy Spirit, by your light
you guide this world towards the Father's love
and accompany creation as it groans in travail.
You also dwell in our hearts
and you inspire us to do what is good.
Praise be to you!

Loving God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit
We thank You for uniting us with You
and with one another by filling us
with Your own divine life.
Continue to watch over us
as we continue our journey
here on earth.

Almighty God, by the hand of Mark the evangelist
You have given to Your Church the Gospel of Jesus Christ
the Son of God: We thank You for this witness,
and pray that we may be firmly grounded in its truth;
through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns
with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.

Amen.

Holy Father, thank You for sowing
Your word in our hearts.
Deepen the roots You have given us
so that by Your power we may stand strong
and never be removed from the faith
of Jesus Christ.

Amen.

Heavenly Father, you have called us into
Your household of faith and made us
brothers and sisters in Christ.
Guide us by Your word that
our home and places of work
may reflect the faithfulness
to which You have called us.
Help us to see the everyday opportunities
that we have to serve You by loving others.

Amen.

Flowers are blooming, signs of hope and joy.
Dear Jesus, Your rising from the dead
gives the promise of new life.
Help me be aware of other people’s needs,
especially the poor and all who have less in life.
Help me understand how we are all related in Your creation.
Guide me to know Your truth.
Help me to make good choices,
that my love may reflect Your love,
and to remember that You first loved us.
May Mary, Your mother, help me hear Your Word and follow You.

Amen.

All-powerful Lord, thank You for the grace
You have given me to proclaim the truth
of Your saving message to those
whom I encounter every day.
Help me to fulfill my mission to preach in both
word and deed and to do so with the gentle
yet powerful authority given me by You.
I offer myself to Your service, dear Lord.
Do with me as You will.

Amen.

Heavenly Father, thank You for the way
that You have sown the seed of Your holy Word
into my own life.
Thank You for the way in which You have changed me,
freed me from sin and set me on the path to holiness.
Use me, dear Lord, to sow that seed in the lives
of others and fill me with wonder and awe
as I witness Your merciful hand at work.

Amen.
