This week, meditate on unity. When you inhale, feel the universe breathing with you. When you exhale, imagine your love extending outward, touching trees, oceans, people, stars.
Division is the illusion of the surface; unity is the truth beneath. Every act of kindness ripples through the same web of being, returning to you in unseen ways. When you look into another’s eyes, you are meeting yourself in another shape. Live as if every heartbeat connects you to all creation, because it does.
