The Grace of Acceptance

Acceptance is the soft doorway to peace. It doesn’t mean you agree with everything that happens only that you choose to stop fighting. Through acceptance, the heart finds freedom. This week, notice where you still resist life. Where do you say, “This shouldn’t be?” Breathe there. Whisper, even this belongs. 
Acceptance is not surrendering to suffering; it is opening to reality with compassion. When you stop resisting, the energy you once spent struggling transforms into presence, into grace. Through acceptance, healing begins naturally. What you face with love begins to change. Let the world be as it is, and yourself as you are.
