Mercifully, O Lord,
work Your sanctification within us
by means of Your mysteries;
may they both cleanse us from earthly vices,
and lead us to Heavenly gifts.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ,
Your Son, who lives and reigns with You
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God world without end.
