Lord, You are the model of nonviolence
and unconditional love.
On Palm Sunday, may Your example inspire me
to be a more loving and forgiving person in life.
Give me the spirit of forgiveness;
help me fast from viciousness; and,
make me nonviolent and forgiving toward others.
Through Your son, Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns
with You forever and ever.
Amen.
