O Lord Jesus Christ,
Who granted to blessed Bernardine, Your Confessor,
a surpassing love for Your holy Name;
we beg You by his merits and intercession,
graciously pour into our hearts
the spirit of Your love.
Who lives and reigns,
with God the Father
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
world without end.
