
This week, I bring my awareness to the power of my breath. I take a moment each day to pause and notice how my breath flows—whether shallow or deep, fast or slow. I recognize that my breath is always with me, grounding me in the present moment. Whenever I feel overwhelmed or disconnected, I return to my breath, allowing it to calm my mind and body. I am reminded that even in the busiest moments, my breath can be a touchstone of peace.
