This week, I practice the power of the pause. I give myself permission to pause before reacting in situations where I feel triggered, frustrated, or hurried. Whether it’s before responding to an email, reacting to a comment, or making a decision, I take a moment to breathe and reflect. This pause allows me to choose a response that aligns with my values and intentions rather than acting impulsively. I recognize that sometimes, in those brief moments of stillness, I can find clarity.
