This week, I reconnect with my body. I pay attention to its signals and needs, whether it’s hunger, fatigue, or the desire for movement. I take time each day to stretch, walk, or simply check in with how I’m feeling physically. I remind myself that my body is a vessel that carries me through life, and I honor it by treating it with care, respect, and love. I focus on being present in my body, appreciating its strength, resilience, and wisdom.
