“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”
Father, in July I give thanks for freedom. While nations celebrate liberty, I rejoice most in the freedom Christ has given me—freedom from sin, shame, and fear. Thank You that I am no longer bound but redeemed and set apart as Your child. Thank You for the gift of living in a country where I can worship openly, read Your Word, and share my faith. Thank You for those who have sacrificed to preserve earthly freedoms, and even more, thank You for Jesus who gave His life to secure eternal freedom.
Lord, help me not to misuse this freedom for selfish gain, but to serve others in love. Thank You that in Christ, I am free to live with joy, to walk in righteousness, and to stand firm in truth. May my gratitude overflow in obedience, proclaiming with my life that I am truly free indeed.
