October’s harvest season reminds us that mission thrives through generosity. “You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion” (2 Corinthians 9:11). God blesses us not so we can hoard but so we can share.
The Christian mission is sustained by those who give — time, prayer, and resources. Every gift, large or small, becomes seed for the Kingdom. The early Church’s generosity made the gospel visible to the world. Today, our giving continues that witness.
Generosity is not measured by amount but by heart. When we give joyfully, we reflect the nature of God, who gave His Son for us. This month, may we give with open hands and trusting hearts, knowing that God multiplies every act of love.
