Gracious God,
You gave St. Bernardine of Siena a gift for preaching
and spreading devotion to Your holy name.
We ask You to bless our words, that they may always
reflect truth, kindness, and love.
Guard our tongues from gossip, anger, and deceit.
Help us to speak in ways that build others up and glorify You.
May every word we utter be guided by Your wisdom
and bring peace to those who hear it.
