God of all comfort,
On this day of remembrance, we lift to You
the sorrow of a world scarred by violence and fear.
Heal wounds left by hatred,
and raise up peacemakers in every land.
Let us forgive, rebuild, and choose love, even in grief,
trusting that You bring life from death.
