Lord Jesus, You did not come to call the righteous, but sinners.
You sat at a table with tax collectors and outcasts,
offering them a new life.
We thank You for calling us, despite our unworthiness.
Grant us the grace to leave behind our "custom posts,"
the habits and attachments that keep us from You,
and to follow You with a whole and undivided heart this day.
Amen.
