Heavenly Father, in a world full of noise,
teach me to listen — to You, to Your Word,
and to the people You place in my life.
Quiet my heart so that I might hear Your gentle voice
amid the distractions of the day.
Give me patience to truly hear others without rushing to respond,
and openness to recognize Your guidance in unexpected places.
May I become a person who listens well,
as Mary listened and pondered Your word.
