Lord, You gave Saints Sebastian and Fabian
the strength to witness to the faith even unto death.
When we face social pressure or ridicule for our beliefs,
give us a share of their fortitude.
May we never be ashamed of the Gospel,
but rather stand as "arrows" of truth, pointed toward Heaven.
Let our courage be a sign of Your enduring power
in a world that needs Your light.
