please help me always to call on your powerful name —
a name that protects the living and brings hope to the dying.
Dearest Mary, pure and gentle,
may your name always be on my lips.
Don’t delay in coming to my aid when I call on you.
In every struggle and every need,
I will keep turning to you,
saying your name again and again — Mary, Mary.
What comfort, what peace, what strength and joy
I feel just thinking of you or speaking your name.
I thank God for giving us your beautiful name —
so full of power and love.
