Lord Jesus, You gave St. Maximilian Kolbe
extraordinary courage to lay down his life for another,
reflecting the perfect love You revealed on the Cross.
Teach us to place the needs of others before our own desires
and to choose compassion over comfort each day.
When opportunities arise to serve quietly or forgive generously,
give us willing hearts that imitate Your selfless love.
May our lives become joyful offerings of love in Your service.
