Saint Andrew Dung-Lac and holy martyrs of Vietnam,
you remained faithful to Christ even unto death.
Intercede for Christians around the world
who face persecution for their faith.
Grant them courage, strength, and joy
that comes from sharing in Christ's sufferings.
Inspire the Church to support our persecuted brothers
and sisters through prayer, advocacy, and solidarity.
May the blood of martyrs continue to be the seed
of new Christians, and may religious freedom
be respected in every nation.
Through your witness, may faith triumph over fear.
