Lord God, keep our hearts awake to Your presence
and our spirits ready to receive Your wisdom.
When daily responsibilities distract us from what matters most,
remind us that our lives are gifts entrusted to us for a purpose.
Help us nurture faith through prayer, strengthen hope
through perseverance, and express love through generous action.
May we never postpone the good we can do today.
Prepare us to meet You with peaceful hearts, faithful lives,
and lamps bright with the light of Christ.
