Admirable penitent martyr of Jesus Christ,
Boniface of Tarsus, who received the Divine call,
chose to pursue God through repentance,
with almsgiving, fasting, and mortifications,
even leaving the house of your perdition.
I humbly ask you to unite with us in offering to the Holy Trinity
the holy abstinence, extended fasts, and constant prayer
of Christ our life, alongside the total poverty and labor
of His childhood, for those poor souls who forget such mercies,
held captive by the devil in the dungeons of indecent love,
so they may experience the Divine light through your intercession.
