Lord, Your Word is seed, and we are the soil.
Prepare our hearts to receive it with joy,
to guard it with perseverance,
and to nourish it with obedience.
May our lives yield a harvest of virtue,
and may we share Your Word with others,
in patience, humility, and trust.
