Our Lady of Mount Carmel,
You wear the habit of those consecrated to your Son,
a sign of your constant protection.
Today I place myself under your mantle.
Pray for me in my trials, and obtain for me the grace
of perseverance in faith, hope, and love.
Help me to imitate your "yes" to God, spoken once
at the Annunciation and lived faithfully every day after.
Mary, Mother of Carmel, watch over me and those I love.
Amen.
