O Mary, full of grace and blessed among women,
stretch out the hand of your motherly protection
upon us who gather round
your queenly throne as your handmaidens,
obedient to your command
and resolved with your help
to bring to realization in ourselves and our sisters
the ideals of truth and Christian perfection.

O Blessed Virgin Mary,
Mother of God and our most gentle Queen and Mother,
look down in mercy upon us
and upon all who greatly hope and trust in you.
Plead for us your children,
whom you received and accepted at the foot of the Cross, O sorrowful Mother.
Intercede for our separated loved ones,
that they may be united in Christ.
Pray for us all, dear Mother,
that by faith and good works
we may all deserve to see and praise God,
together with you, in our heavenly home.
Amen.
O my God,
in union with the Immaculate Heart of Mary
I offer You the Precious Blood of Jesus
from all the altars throughout the world,
joining with it the offering of my every thought,
word and action of this day.
O my Jesus,
I desire today to gain every indulgence and merit I can
and I offer them, together with myself,
to Mary Immaculate,
that she may best apply them to the interests of Your most Sacred Heart.
Precious Blood of Jesus, Save us!
Immaculate Heart of Mary, Save us!
Sacred Heart of Jesus, Have mercy on us!
O my God, I give You heartfelt thanks
for all the graces You have conferred on me.
Pardon me, I beseech You,
of all the negligence and the distractions
of which I have been guilty.
Give me strength to carry out the resolutions that I have made.
Help me to keep my good resolutions, O sweet Virgin Mary;
and recall them to my memory,
if I should ever forget or neglect them.
O Lord, Let me unite with You,
that I may more deeply love You.
May I help make reparation to Your adorable Heart
and the heart of Your Mother, Mary.
With greatest love,
I offer myself to You
and pray that You will accept my sacrifice of greatest love.
I give myself to You and unite in Your gift of Yourself to me.
Come and possess my soul.
Father, may I always remember
that all the parts of my body are good because you made them,
that my body does not belong to me but to you,
who bought it at my Baptism
at the price of Christ's Cross
and that my body is the living temple of the Holy Spirit.
Give me self-control over my passions, appetites and imaginations;
create in me that wholeness and integrity
that all my powers may be consecrated to your service
according to my state in life.
May Mary the Blessed Virgin Mother,
watch over me through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
By the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
Queen of Peace, set up Your kingdom in our country.
Enter closely into the midst of our families
and make them Your own
through the solemn enthronement of Your Sacred Heart
so that no one cry may respond from home to home.
May the triumphant Heart of Jesus be everywhere loved,
blessed and glorified forever!
Honor and glory to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary.
Sacred Heart of Jesus protect our families.
Amen.
My good Angel,
you come from heaven;
God has sent you to take care of me.
Oh, shelter me under your wings.
Lighten my path, direct my steps.
Do not leave me,
stay quite near me
and defend me against the spirit of evil.
But above all come to my help
in the last struggle of my life.
Deliver my soul so that with you it may praise,
love and contemplate the goodness of God
forever and ever.
Amen
My holy Angel Guardian,
ask the Lord to bless any journey which I undertake,
that it may profit the health of my soul and body;
that I may reach its end,
and that, returning safe and sound,
I may find my family in good health.
Guard, guide and preserve us.
Amen.
My soul,
open my heart;
so Jesus can give me every good gift;
He loves me ardently.
Hope, then,
for great favors from my Lord,
Who, through an impulse of love,
comes to me all love.
Yes, my Jesus, my hope,
I trust in Your goodness,
that in giving Yourself to me this morning,
You will kindle in my poor soul
the flames of Your love,
and of an ardent desire to please You,
that, from this day forward,
I may wish only what You wish.
Merciful Lord, who prayed that there be one flock and one shepherd,
I ask the light of faith
for those who do not know You in Your Eucharistic Presence.
Give them the joy of Your protecting presence.
Bring them into the one fold
of which You are the master and Lord.
Forgive them their sins and teach them the way of repentance.
In the end bring them into the larger circle of Your family,
to God our Father,
to Mary our Mother,
and to You our beloved Brother.
Amen.
Immaculate Mary, our Mother,
relying on your maternal intercession,
we resolve from this moment to devote our talents,
learning, material resources,
our health, sickness and trials,
and every gift of nature and grace,
for the greater glory of God
and the salvation of all.
We wish to carry on those activities
which especially promote the catholic apostolate
for the revival of fatih
and love of the people of God
and so bring all men and women
into the faith of Jesus Christ.
And if a time should come
when we have nothing more to offer serviceable to this end,
we will never cease to pray
that there will be one fold
and one shepherd Jesus Christ.
In this way, we hope to enjoy the results
of the apostolate of Jesus Christ
for all eternity.
Amen.
O Mary, our Mother,
be mindful of us as you stand near Him who granted you all graces,
for you are the Mother of God and our Queen.
Help us for the sake of the King,
the Lord God and Master who was born of you.
For this reason,
you are called full of grace.
Remember us, most holy Virgin,
and bestow on us gifts
from the riches of your graces,
Virgin full of graces.
Keep us, O God, from all pettiness.
Let us be large in thought, in word, in deed.
let us be done with fault-finding
and leave off all self-seeking.
May we put away all pretense
and meet each other face to face,
without self pity and without prejudice.
may we never be hasty in judgment,
and always be generous.
let us always take time for all things,
and make us to grow calm, serene and gentle.
Teach us to put into action our better impulses,
to be straightforward and unafraid.
Grant that we may realize
that it is the little things of life that create differences,
that in the big things of life,
we are as one.
And, O Lord God,
let us not forget to be kind!
Amen.
